Orders and Payments


All orders placed on the Beautiful Barnets website are handled by our team. If you have any questions, comments or feedback about our products or service, please contact us via our Support Centre.

We offer two payment methods when completing an order on our site: payments by debit or credit card and Klarna.


Paying by Debit or Credit Card

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. All of our payments are handled and secured by Stripe. Where you opt to store your payment method details on our site, these details are stored securely by Stripe and protected with bank-grade security.


Spread the Cost with Klarna

Klarna allows you to spread the costs of your purchase with convenient ‘buy now, pay later’ options. We offer two payment options with Klarna: pay in 30 days or pay in 3 interest-free instalments. The options available to you are subject to status and are determined by Klarna; Beautiful Barnets does not determine the availability of these payment options to individual customers.

Klarna may carry out credit referencing checks during your checkout process with them (please refer to Klarna’s privacy policy for more information). Klarna’s decision to offer payment options to you is solely theirs and Beautiful Barnets is unable to provide further information about the decision or to override or appeal the decision. If you are declined by Klarna, you may still complete your checkout by providing your debit or credit card details for a payment in full.

Delivery Information

When you place an order for any goods or services through the portal, payment in full will be debited from your chosen method at the time the order is placed (if you are paying using Klarna, your payment(s) will be taken according to the options you select with them).

We offer three delivery options, any of which can be selected during checkout:


    Delivery costs £3.75 for orders under £45 or is FREE for orders over £45. We aim to deliver your order with 2-4 working days. We do not offer parcel tracking for our standard delivery service.
    Tracked 48 delivery costs £4.99. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Tracking information is provided for this delivery service.
    Tracked 24 delivery costs £5.99. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working day. Tracking information is provided for this delivery service.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail, but we may use alternative delivery providers at our discretion.

COVID-19 DELIVERY DISRUPTION: Due to the ongoing situation relating to Covid-19, Royal Mail have advised customers to expect possible delays to delivery until further notice. For further information, please visit the Royal Mail website.


Order Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements


Orders may be cancelled by contacting us via our Support Centre.

If at the point of cancellation:

  • your order has not been despatched: we will cancel your order and confirm this cancellation.
  • your order has been despatched: your order will be delivered according to the delivery information provided above. Once you receive your goods, please contact to arrange a collection. After the collected goods have been received, we will confirm receipt and cancellation.



Where you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact and we will arrange for appropriate replacements to be despatched to you.


Returns and Refunds

Subject to the list of excluded products below, you are entitled to a refund for goods returned at your discretion, provided these goods are returned to us in their original condition. You will be liable for return postage costs. Please contact to request a return and/or refund.

You are not entitled to a refund for:

  • Postage costs or other fulfilment charges, where items are returned at your discretion (i.e. they are not faulty nor damaged)
  • Total order costs for any items returned to us not in their original condition, where those items where not reported faulty nor damaged when the return/refund was requested.
  • Personalised goods
  • Bespoke items, except where a separate returns policy has been confirmed with you prior to placing the order

Returns may be subject to restocking fees, at the discretion of Beautiful Barnets.
